Adult Program

Our adult programme, although relatively new, is growing and has already been extremely successful… We run courses at various times throughout the year. For beginners, lessons are conducted twice a week, after working hours. In addition, we conduct an Adult Swim-for-fitness programme for all fitness enthusiasts. Stay healthy, get toned whilst enjoying the water, with our experienced Instructor, Allison La Grange providing tips on better stroke technique. Again, for your convenience sessions are held after working hours during the week.
